Pretty sure they're waiting me out until it actually gets delivered and then they will attempt to close the complaint. With the next trade in when u but the phone online u have to mail it back to AT&T and the tracking number on the label is a double tracking number it’s for USPS and Newgistics. I found this out with the help of a nice usps employee who used the last mile usps tracking number to look and usps had a receipt in their system of when newgistics took possesion of my item, and what do you know, it was the day it cleared customs! It came from china, cleared customs and then just magically stayed in a hotel until they picked it up? No. They had mine for 1 month before it "showed up" at their facility. They have your package but don't scan it in. It got so bad I filed a BBB complaint against them and it got them to acknowledge my problem and feed me the same shit. Enter SmartLabel Tracking number to track and trace your Courier, Parcel, Package, Returns, Shipping delivery status information online. Ive never had this much trouble with support over Verizon. Newgistics, USPS, UPS, AT&T, American Eagle and FedEX is using Smart Label for their Return Service. Seems ridiculous for 1000, but for the amount of money our business spends with ATT, you would think they would just pay out whatever credit is required to the user and deal with Newgistics themselves. You're kind of right, but read above, I've been waiting for 2 months and a couple days for them to deliver my package. Ive been struggling with ATT/USPS/Newgistics for almost 6months now.
